The Hospitality Internship Program is Paid, customised internships in three hospitality fiels : Food & Beverage, Front Office or Food Production, with renowed hotels & resorts, Australia Wide.
General Requirements

Australia Internship : Enrolled student 'OR' recent graduate within 6/12 months after graduation from a Post-Secondary Institution (offline/online study) : Vocational, Diploma, Certificate, University Studies, or Graduate Studies (D3/D4/S1/S2 graduate within 6/12 months after graduation).

Professional Trainee : Must have work experiences at least 2 years in the hotel only (same position when apply).
Note : LKP/LPK are not eligible to apply for this program, minimum education D3 from university/high school registered in BAN PT (National Accreditation Body for Higher Education).
Requirements

Australia Internship : 18 - 30 years old (at least 18 years of age).

Study Requirement : College/University of hospitality with minimum 12 months full time study.

Work Experience Requirement : Minimum 6 months full time or 12 months part time work in the selected internship dept.

English Test : Upper Intermediate to Advanced/IELTS/TOEFL/ other English proficiency with upper intermediate level (equivalent to 5.5 to 6.0 Overall IELTS Band Score OR 72 to 94 TOEFL iBT).

Recently Graduated Students within 6/12 months.

Passport, valid at least 6 months past your program end date.
Training Wage
AU$ 22/hour + shared tips/service charge.
Duration
6/9/12 months.
Working Hours
30 to 40 hours per week.
Lead Time
6 to 8 months.
Location
Australia Wide (Flexbility Required).

Training Visa (Subclass 407) Requirements
- Skills Audit and Competency Review
As part of the visa application, you will be required to complete the a skills audit form for your visa application to show what training, experience and professional development you need to gain in Australia.
Please note that the purpose of your program is training and career development. When completing the Skills Audit, refer to the below:

Beginner – demonstrates a minimal use of the competency and is currently developing it.

Intermediate - have experience with and can carry out the skill, but you are not yet competent in all aspects of the advanced concepts.

Advanced – demonstrate knowledge in creating, developing and applying this skill using all concepts. Ability to train and lead others in the area.

COVID-19 Vaccination Please provide a copy of your COVID Vaccination. The Australian government has mandated COVID-19 vaccination for all international travellers coming into Australia. Australia considers you to be fully vaccinated if you have completed a course, including a mixed dose, of TGA approved or recognised vaccine. The most up-to-date information on approved and recognised vaccines is available on the TGA website.

Police Clearance: You are required to obtain a Police Clearance from any country in which you have spent a total of 12 months or more in total (including home country), in the past 10 years. Please Note: Some countries require multiple Police Clearance, and are very specific about who can issue the Police Clearance. Please read this website very carefully.

English Language Ability: You are required to provide a document proving your functional English level. This document can be; A passport from one of the listed countries, a letter from an education institution advising of studies having been completed in English, or an official English proficiency test (example TOEIC, TELF, IELTS, PTE, CAE…). Confirmation of Employment Letters: Please provide as many written Confirmation of Employment Letters (see @ template Confirmation of Employment Letter) from current and past employers as possible, ensuring they include:
- Employment Dates
- Position
- Status of Employment (full time / part time)
- Tasks
- Dated and signed on official letterhead by a suitable representative of the organisation

Degrees / Certificates / Academic Transcripts: Please provide completion certificates and full transcripts of all courses and qualifications. If you are currently studying, or have recently finished studies but not yet received your overall Certificate/Diploma, please provide a letter from your university confirming:
- Status as a student
- Course name
- Start date of course
- Expected graduation date
- If the internship is component of the qualification
- Current progress / achievement in qualification (for example, if the overall qualification is a Bachelor, but after completing two years, you have attained the Diploma level)
- Dated and Signed on official Letterhead

Financial Support: Immigration require a recent bank statement showing proof of $4200 AUD. The bank statement must be: Dated within the past 2 months Clearly show the currency it is in If the account is not in your name, provide a @ supporting letter stating that the account holder will be supporting you for your stay while in Australia.

Passport (Colour Copy): Please provide a colour copy of your passport photo page.

Professional Photo: Please send through a professional looking photo following the @ guide.

Updated CV and Letter of Objectives: Please send through an updated CV and letter of objectives. Ensure that your CV is accurate with correct dates and employer names as The Department of Immigration and Border Protection contact prior employers to validate the provided information of your CV.
